Accountant creators ( Manalabo ) – Up to 1000 USD + Incentive

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Create – Inside

Based on a request from the consultant team and client,

• Create contents
  • Manual in Notion
  • Form ( Ex Agreement, Cash memo…)
  • Calculation sheet, tool
  • Check list

2.Create – Outside

Manalabo utility created 「contents」by categoy ①

• Website ( Free and chargeable）
• RPA
• Create Legal DB: A summary question from the client and an answer
• Preventing risks in the MNB process of drafting, reviewing, and issuing system documents or other activities related to system construction.

3.Deliver – Inside

• Manalab makes sure that teams are properly aware of the content and make it a habit to use it.
  • by training to staff
  • by OJT with contents

4.Deliver – outside

• Take care and visit client to build warn relationship
  • Frequency: One time per monthly/ quarterly
  • Give them presentation of contents (ex, Manual, Calculation sheet, check list)
  • Get feedback from customer
• Join one time project
  • Manabox has onetime project, Labomen can join to increase experiance, data and incentive also.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE OUR LABOMEN?

• At least 3 years in Accounting, Tax, BA ( Have CTA, ACCA, CPA is an advantage )
• Have IT basic skill, ERP is a plus
• Has a positive attitude with strong desire to learn and share.
• Attention to detail and willing to learn;
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English ( written and Spoken ) Japanese is an advantage.
