We’re looking for a Senior Consultant working with a team.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER
+ Gross monthly salary: 700 – 900 USD (Paying insurance upon full salary)
Additional Incentive basing on company’s policy, including:
- One time Incentives based on performance.
- Retainer service Incentives based on performance.
- Chief Accountant Course: Based on actual invoice amount.
- Allowance for CTA: 1.150.000 VNĐ/month
- Allowance for CPA: 1.150.000 VNĐ/month
- Allowance for Speaker of Seminar: 1.150.000 VNĐ/time

Internal training program will be provided based on the demand of job and in house training course.
For working in provinces, you will receive 400,000 VND per night. All business expenses will be covered by the Company.

Lead a group of consultants with 3 – 5 member do:
+ Tax and accounting risks management: Bookkeeping, preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax declarations
+ Internal control: Setup the internal control procedures for clients
+ Documentary: Systematizing standard of procedures for tax, accounting, internal control cycle
+ Consulting: Looking for relevant regulation to give advisory to clients for tax and accounting compliance and effectiveness
+ Develop the team members through coaching
JOB REQUIREMENS
+ Background in accounting, auditing, finance
+ Experiences in accounting and tax field at least 2 years
+ Having CTA, Vietnamese CPA certificate is an advantage.
+ Business level command of English and Computer skill
+ Strong analytical, communication and team working skills
+ Self-motivated and ready to cope with high working pressure and complete assignments within deadlines
+ Strong motivation and objectives of working for a long-term in professional service industry
